At the urgent care clinic, I was explaining to Abby about how the doctor was going to come in and stitch up her chin (5 stictches for tipping over her chair at dinner).
AJ added, "And it is going to hurt real bad." I shot him a nasty look and said, "
Shhh." He looked at me a little confused and said, "It's going to hurt Mom, they are putting a needle right into her face."

OMGosh Lisa! Your kids keep trying to kill themselves or something. And you were wondering how the people in the urgent care remembered you. LOL Hope Abby is ok!!
Nice. Been there with Nicole and ironically in the same place. Nicole got her lovely scar when she fell down on Kaylee's first day of Kindergarten. She tripped over someone's foot and fell on the desk. She actually had to get them again because the stitches opened back up when she fell again. IT WAS LOVELY. By the way, we still need to talk about our little girls and what life is like for them. When should we do that?
Oh, I LOVE THE PICTURE AT THE TOP OF YOUR BLOG. WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!!
Don't you just love it. Colby thought it would be fun to 'balance' on a basketball in his bed room and fell on his dresser. I sent him to Wade to see if he needed stiches. he said " We're done with the emergency room...we can just tape it." "he's a boy, it doesn't matter if he has a scar... they're cool for boys." I have to admit. I'm pretty sick of the emergency room too. so I didn't really care what he did at that point as long as it saved me a trip to the ER.
lol, nice. Very, very nice. It does hurt to have a needle stuck "right into the face" i had 6 stuck right into my face when i had the scar revision.
hahahah! That is hilarious. And poor Abby! Lena had to get stitches there last fall (on her chin too), after slipping on the hard floor at gymnastics (BEFORE it had actaully started). And have I ever mentioned that I am NOT good with blood? Yeah- luckily there were like 2 moms that were nurses there who jumped right ahead of me and helped out. I was like a blubbering idiot- virtually no help whatsoever.
